Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver bespoke intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, adapting strategies to meet evolving learning needs.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure seamless integration of support.
• Create an encouraging and inclusive learning atmosphere for all pupils.
• Monitor and report on pupil attainment, highlighting successes and areas for development.
• Contribute to a positive school culture focused on pupil achievement.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Possess a proven track record of effectively raising pupil attainment through targeted interventions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Exhibit a passion for nurturing individual pupil progress and celebrating every milestone.
• Are adaptable and resourceful, thriving in a varied and supportive environment.
• Committed to continuous professional development and best practice in education.
