About the Role
A highly regarded primary school within the Buckinghamshire region is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to pupil development across various year groups, encompassing general classroom support and specific SEN assistance. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. A competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 is provided.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective in-class support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, to foster engagement and learning.
* Assist the class teacher with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom activities.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum and achieve their personal learning goals.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher regarding their development.
* Supervise pupils during break times and school trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children in their educational journey.
* Hold relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Exhibit a patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting diverse learning needs, including SEN.
* Be committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
* Possess a valid DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
