About the Role
An ambitious school in a vibrant East London borough is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join their team immediately. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential day-to-day and short-term cover within specialist primary SEN settings. You will deliver engaging general subject lessons, adapting your approach to meet the diverse and individual needs of pupils across various special educational needs provisions. This role offers the flexibility to contribute meaningfully to pupils' learning and development, ensuring continuity and high-quality support during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across primary SEN phases.
* Adapt teaching strategies effectively to support pupils with a wide range of special educational needs.
* Maintain a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise pupil progress.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, promoting a safe and respectful atmosphere.
* Contribute to the overall positive ethos and daily life of the school.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply).
* Demonstrate proven experience working effectively with primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and a proactive approach to day-to-day and short-term assignments.
* Possess strong behaviour management skills, fostering a positive and structured learning space.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and nurturing every child's potential.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents/carers where appropriate.
