About the Role
A thriving school is seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join their supportive team immediately, covering day-to-day and short-term assignments. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilise your expertise across various specialist primary SEN provisions, supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs. You will be instrumental in maintaining continuity of learning, providing invaluable support in different classroom settings, and your commitment will be rewarded with a competitive salary paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across primary SEN provisions.
* Adapt teaching strategies to cater to a wide range of special educational needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies consistent with school policies.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate experience working with primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Show a strong understanding of diverse SEN provisions and learning strategies.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability, resilience, and flexibility for varying classroom assignments.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Be a proactive and passionate educator, eager to make a significant impact on pupil development.
