About the Role
A highly regarded school in the West Midlands is actively seeking a dedicated Physics Teacher to join their thriving Science department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons across the secondary key stages. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, with the ability to teach Chemistry to Key Stage 4.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate academic improvement.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages scientific curiosity and critical thinking.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the Science faculty through curriculum design and resource creation.
* Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and wider school initiatives to enhance the educational experience.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, attainment, and student well-being in line with school policies.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in Physics, coupled with the capability to teach Chemistry effectively.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and promoting a deep understanding of scientific principles.
* Be an enthusiastic and engaging classroom practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Committed to continuous professional development and making a positive contribution to the wider school community.
* Able to differentiate lessons effectively to meet the diverse learning needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
