Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects, following pre-set plans.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and focus amongst pupils.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils, supporting their understanding and progress.
• Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to ensure continuity of learning.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching at secondary level.
• Demonstrates exceptional adaptability and resilience in varied classroom settings.
• Possesses strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to positive pupil engagement.
• Is highly organised, reliable, and punctual, ready to respond to diverse school needs.
• Exhibits a genuine passion for education and fostering pupil development.
• Committed to maintaining professional standards and contributing positively to school communities.
