About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Biology Teacher to join an inclusive school, commencing in September or sooner. We are seeking an inspiring educator for a long-term or permanent contract, responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons with a strong specialism in Biology and Chemistry. You will be instrumental in nurturing student curiosity and academic excellence across various key stages.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, comprehensive Biology and Chemistry lessons to secondary students.
* Plan and prepare stimulating curricula that foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively, providing constructive and timely feedback.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of a dynamic and innovative science department.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning environment for all.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge in Biology, complemented by a strong Chemistry background.
* Exhibit a proven track record of engaging and motivating secondary school pupils.
* Showcase exceptional classroom management, organisational, and communication skills.
* Committed to continuous professional development and personal growth within education.
* Passionate about inspiring the next generation through outstanding science teaching.
