Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the specific needs of primary SEN pupils.
* Adapt teaching strategies effectively to support a range of learning styles and abilities.
* Maintain a positive, nurturing, and organised classroom environment.
* Collaborate productively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil progress.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies with fidelity.
* Contribute to the creation of a safe and inclusive learning atmosphere for all children.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience at any career stage (ECT, MPS, UPS).
* Demonstrable experience working within a primary Special Educational Needs setting is essential.
* You are highly adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a dynamic supply environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
* A genuine passion for supporting the development and progress of children with additional needs.
