Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and challenging Computing lessons across the full secondary curriculum.
• Develop students' understanding of programming concepts, computational logic, and responsible digital citizenship.
• Assess student progress effectively, providing insightful and constructive feedback to support individual attainment.
• Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of an innovative Computing curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students feel confident to explore technology.
• Utilise a diverse range of pedagogical approaches to cater to varied learning styles and academic needs.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in Computing or a related field.
• Demonstrate an unwavering passion for inspiring young people in the dynamic realm of technology.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate diverse groups of learners.
• Be adaptable, resilient, and committed to your own continuous professional development.
• Capable of differentiating instruction effectively to meet the needs of all secondary students, from ECT to experienced.
