About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to commence or continue their teaching journey within dynamic school environments across the West Midlands, specifically in the Shropshire area, including Telford. We are actively seeking dedicated primary educators for diverse roles spanning EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, offering a range of contract options including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions to suit your career aspirations. This role involves contributing to vibrant learning communities and making a tangible impact on pupils' educational development from day one.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across various primary key stages (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters pupil growth and participation.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievement, and behaviour in line with school policies.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues, parents, and wider school stakeholders to contribute to a cohesive teaching team.
* Uphold the school's safeguarding policies and procedures rigorously to ensure the welfare and safety of all pupils.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking your first or second year of induction.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to inspiring young learners.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a strong commitment to creating an effective learning atmosphere.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Be adaptable and resilient, embracing new challenges and professional growth opportunities within a supportive setting.
* Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice, always striving for excellence.
