About the Role
Join a vibrant and supportive school community as a Reception Class Teacher at a well-established school, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early learning journey of our youngest pupils. We are seeking an inspiring educator to contribute to our school's positive ethos, with flexible contract options available, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent roles, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning experiences that captivate young minds.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing targeted feedback and support to encourage development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers, fostering collaborative home-school partnerships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and progressive curriculum across the early years.
• Uphold all safeguarding procedures and maintain accurate records in line with school policies.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent, relevant experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and holistic child development.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, staff, and families.
• Be committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere for all pupils.
