Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages scientific inquiry and critical thought.
• Assess pupil progress accurately and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance departmental schemes of work and resources.
• Participate actively in the wider school community and extracurricular science initiatives.
• Maintain excellent classroom management to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant Science degree.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Be an enthusiastic and resilient educator eager to contribute positively to a vibrant school environment.
