Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons across a broad curriculum for secondary pupils with complex Special Educational Needs.
* Foster a stimulating and accessible learning environment that promotes engagement and personal growth for all pupils.
* Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) effectively to meet specific pupil objectives and maximise potential.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to inform future teaching strategies and support.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to ensure holistic pupil support and development.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and behaviour, contributing to ongoing development plans and reviews.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching pupils with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of complex learning needs within a secondary school context.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire diverse learners.
