Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver outstanding, differentiated Science lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning across the school.
* Uphold the school’s values and high standards of behaviour, fostering a positive educational experience for all.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong academic background in Science (ECT, MPS, UPS welcomed).
* Your passion for Science education is evident in your dynamic and innovative teaching approach.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
