About the Role
A respected school in the vibrant South London community is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join their supportive team on a daily and short-term basis, with an immediate start available. This exciting opportunity involves covering classes across adapted curriculum areas within specialist SEN secondary school settings, providing crucial support and continuity for pupils with diverse learning needs. You will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive and engaging educational environment, making a significant impact on students' daily learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across various adapted curriculum areas.
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils with special educational needs.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual pupil requirements effectively.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive student welfare.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently, promoting a safe space.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess relevant SEN experience.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach.
* Show adaptability and resilience when working in varied educational settings.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and best practice.
