Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a modified curriculum for secondary students with SEMH needs.
* Implement effective and proactive strategies for managing complex behaviours in the classroom.

* Support disaffected learners in reconnecting with their education and achieving personal growth.
* Develop individualised learning plans that cater to diverse abilities and learning styles.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and wider support staff to provide holistic student care.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within a secondary setting.
* You have a proven track record of teaching students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* You exhibit exceptional skills in behaviour management, maintaining calm and effective learning environments.
* You are deeply passionate about supporting vulnerable learners and championing their potential.
* You demonstrate adaptability in delivering a differentiated and modified curriculum to diverse student groups.
* You communicate clearly and empathetically, building strong rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
