About the Role
We are seeking an inspiring Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join a flourishing school. This presents a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a significant impact within a vibrant primary setting. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, short-term, permanent, or daily supply arrangements, to best suit your career aspirations. The successful candidate will be paid to scale and should be available to start as soon as possible, contributing immediately to our pupils' learning journey. This role welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced professionals at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Key Stage 2 lessons across the curriculum.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* Plan and prepare differentiated activities that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance the educational experience.
* Uphold the school's high standards for behaviour and academic achievement.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for primary education.
* Demonstrate experience teaching within Key Stage 2, or show strong potential as an Early Career Teacher.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with the school community.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Show adaptability and a proactive approach to contributing to school life.
