About You
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* You possess a genuine passion for primary education across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
* You are dedicated to promoting a supportive and inclusive learning culture.
* You are proactive in seeking continuous professional development opportunities.
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships.
