Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across a range of primary year groups, ensuring continuity of learning.
* Adapt quickly to diverse school environments and established routines, maintaining a consistent educational experience for pupils.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to participate.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, upholding school policies to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and other school staff, contributing to a supportive team dynamic.
* Assess pupil progress informally and provide constructive feedback where appropriate, reporting any significant observations to the relevant permanent teacher.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum.
* Demonstrate proven experience of successfully teaching across various primary key stages.
* Possess exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in different school settings and new classroom dynamics.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Have a genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
* Be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of classroom situations with confidence and professionalism.
