Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted academic and pastoral support to primary pupils exhibiting SEMH needs.
* Skillfully implement a range of de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
* Cultivate a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for all learners.
* Mentor pupils individually and in small groups to enhance their social and emotional development.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and the SENCO to achieve pupil-specific outcomes.
* Assist in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities tailored to individual pupil requirements.

* Demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
* A comprehensive understanding of effective de-escalation strategies and behaviour management.
