About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN Supply Teacher to join a dedicated school in North London. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inclusive lessons to secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs on a daily supply and short-term basis. This vital role involves covering classes across adapted curriculum areas within various SEN settings, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies to effectively support a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
* Implement effective behaviour management techniques to maintain an orderly and focused classroom.
* Cover various subjects and year groups within an adapted secondary curriculum.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Significant experience working with secondary pupils with Special Educational Needs is crucial.
* A comprehensive understanding of different SEN provisions and support strategies is required.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport effectively.
* Your adaptability and resilience enable you to thrive in dynamic and varied school environments.
* A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the educational journey of every pupil drives your practice.
