About the Role
This is a superb opportunity for a dedicated English Teacher to join a well-established school in Bedfordshire, offering a long-term, permanent contract. You will be instrumental in fostering a love for literature and language amongst secondary phase students, inspiring their academic growth and personal development from September or sooner. This role welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers, as well as experienced professionals seeking a fresh challenge, with remuneration paid to scale.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver stimulating English lessons across the secondary phase.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum.
* Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Uphold the school's values and commitment to student welfare.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for English language and literature.
* Be adept at creating dynamic and accessible learning experiences for secondary students.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be capable of inspiring academic achievement and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
