You will play a crucial part in creating a positive and structured atmosphere, with flexible contract options available, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent opportunities, alongside a competitive daily rate between £95 and £120.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct, tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH needs.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies consistently within the classroom.
* Assist pupils in developing and practising emotional regulation techniques.
* Facilitate pupils' successful reintegration into mainstream learning activities.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and external specialists.
* Contribute to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating educational environment.
