Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored and engaging lessons to primary pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet a wide range of individual learning requirements.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere for all children.
* Provide consistent high-quality cover for absent teachers across various provisions.
* Uphold all school policies and procedures, including robust safeguarding practices.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* Demonstrate prior experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility to seamlessly integrate into different classrooms.
* Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
* Hold a genuine commitment to fostering the holistic development of every child.
* Be able to implement positive behaviour management strategies with compassion and consistency.
