This dynamic opportunity offers immediate starts for professionals seeking daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even potential permanent engagements, providing consistent challenges and diverse experiences across the primary phase. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity and fostering a positive learning environment wherever you are placed, earning between £145 and £160 per day for your valuable contributions.

Key Responsibilities
* Seamlessly deliver pre-planned lessons across diverse primary year groups, ensuring high pupil engagement.
* Proactively manage classroom behaviour, upholding a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all.
* Swiftly adapt teaching strategies to meet the immediate needs of different school settings and pupil cohorts.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, supporting their ongoing learning journey and progress.
* Collaborate effectively with existing school staff, integrating smoothly into various teams for each assignment.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and any notable achievements or concerns during your assigned periods.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience across the primary curriculum.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability, thriving in new environments and embracing fresh educational challenges daily.
* Demonstrate superb classroom management skills, capable of fostering an orderly and respectful learning space.
* Bring a genuine passion for primary education, inspiring young minds with enthusiasm and creativity.
