• Manage and maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised workshop environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum provision.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to thrive.
• Possesses a genuine passion for Design and Technology and its practical applications.
• Demonstrates an exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and engage all learners.
• Exhibits strong classroom management skills, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
