About the Role
A forward-thinking school in Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join their supportive team immediately. This vital role involves covering classes across various adapted curriculum areas within specialist secondary SEN settings. We are looking for an adaptable professional who can provide inspiring short-term and daily cover, ensuring continuity of learning for all pupils. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining a positive and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse requirements of individual pupils.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance learning outcomes.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, fostering their academic and personal development.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience teaching within secondary SEN environments.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse learning needs and abilities.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
* Exhibit strong classroom management techniques and the ability to inspire pupils.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible, ready to embrace new challenges and school settings.
* Commit to maintaining professional standards and contributing positively to the school community.
