Key Responsibilities
* Effectively supervise students during teacher absence, maintaining a structured learning environment.
* Proactively manage classroom behaviour, adhering strictly to school policies and procedures.
* Deliver pre-set work to students clearly, ensuring all instructions are understood.
* Monitor student progress and engagement with assigned tasks throughout the lesson.
* Address immediate student needs and offer appropriate support when required.
* Accurately report any significant incidents or concerns to the relevant leadership staff.
