Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across primary phases for pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources effectively to meet individual learning plans and varying pupil requirements.
* Provide robust support and guidance to pupils, fostering a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate seamlessly with support staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress, contributing thoughtfully to their ongoing development and assessment.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively and effectively, promoting a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education in the United Kingdom.
* Demonstrate proven experience working with primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability, resilience, and initiative when transitioning between different school settings.
* Hold a strong commitment to inclusive education and prioritising pupil well-being and progress.
* Be readily available for daily and short-term supply assignments, ideally with immediate effect.
* Applicants at Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels are warmly encouraged to apply.
