Key Responsibilities

• Assess pupil learning effectively, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
• Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and fellow staff members to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents and carers regarding pupil achievements and progress.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community, participating in events and initiatives.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Possess a genuine passion for early primary education and inspiring young minds.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, promoting a respectful and productive learning space.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with pupils, colleagues, and parents alike.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
