About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Computing Teacher to join a respected school on a permanent, long-term basis starting in September 2026. You will be instrumental in delivering a dynamic and challenging Computing curriculum across the secondary phase. The role involves inspiring pupils to develop a deep understanding and passion for technology and digital literacy within a mainstream educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Computing lessons to pupils across various key stages.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Computing curriculum.
* Effectively utilise a range of technological tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community.

About You
* You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) working towards it.
* A strong academic background and specialism in Computing is essential.
* You demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to fostering a love for technology in young people.
* Excellent classroom management skills are vital for maintaining a productive learning atmosphere.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development and growth.
* The ability to differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of all pupils is expected.
