Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons tailored for Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents.
* Uphold the school's high standards and contribute to its ethos.
* Participate in wider school activities and professional development opportunities.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education and child development.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to behaviour.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff members.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and school improvement.
* Applications are warmly invited from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those on Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
