You will provide essential day-to-day and short-term cover, supporting pupils with diverse special educational needs from an immediate start. This role offers the flexibility to work across various SEN provisions, delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the specific needs of primary pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to ensure all learners can access the curriculum effectively.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for every child.
* Manage classroom behaviour proactively and sensitively, adhering to school policies.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to maximise pupil outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil engagement and progress throughout assignments.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working within primary education.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to teach and support pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility, thriving in diverse school settings and provisions.
* Hold strong classroom management skills, ensuring a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, building rapport with pupils and staff.
