About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors for a variety of flexible contracts – from daily supply and short-term engagements to long-term and permanent positions – commencing as soon as possible. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain invaluable experience across various subjects, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere for pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a calm and focused learning environment.
• Facilitate the completion of pre-set work, guiding students to stay on task and achieve learning objectives.
• Respond proactively to pupil queries and provide appropriate support where needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents, reporting as per school procedures.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, contributing to the overall well-being and safety of pupils.
• Foster a positive rapport with students, promoting engagement and respect within the classroom.
