Key Responsibilities
* Provide highly tailored and effective support to secondary-aged pupils with complex Special Educational Needs.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to facilitate the delivery of a differentiated and engaging curriculum.
* Implement specific strategies designed to promote and enhance pupil independence across all learning activities.
* Assist in cultivating a positive, stimulating, and fully inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Accurately monitor and report on pupil progress, engagement, and any emerging needs.
* Support pupils' emotional and social development through consistent positive reinforcement and guidance.
