Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support, building a strong, positive rapport with the identified pupil.
* Successfully implement individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets, adapting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, therapists, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Assist with the pupil's personal care needs and promote their independence within the school setting.
* Help create engaging and accessible learning resources tailored to the pupil's specific requirements.
* Accurately record and monitor the pupil's progress, contributing to regular review meetings.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and disabilities.
* You have prior experience working with pupils with complex needs such as ASD, PMLD, or sensory impairments.
* You demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
* You are an excellent communicator, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
