Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive and feel valued.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback to support individual development and achievement.
* Collaborate positively with colleagues to plan innovative cross-curricular activities and school events.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, attainment, and pastoral care, upholding school policies.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil achievement, wellbeing, and school initiatives.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience teaching specifically at Key Stage 2.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young minds and fostering a love of lifelong learning.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), on the Main Pay Scale (MPS), or Upper Pay Scale (UPS), eager to progress.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to promoting positive behaviour.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships within the school community.
* Be dedicated to continuous professional development and contributing proactively to a dynamic team environment.
