Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils feel valued.
* Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of a rich and stimulating learning environment.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching Key Stage 1.
* ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, alongside experienced MPS and UPS teachers.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
* You are a highly organised and adaptable professional with a proactive approach.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative team.
