Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences for children within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs, to overcome learning barriers.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering creative and stimulating activities.
* Actively contribute to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, ensuring accurate records are kept.
* Support the implementation of school policies and procedures, particularly regarding safeguarding and welfare.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for early years education and a deep understanding of child development.
* You have demonstrable experience supporting children within an EYFS setting.
* You are adept at providing effective assistance to pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
