About the Role
Join an innovative school situated in a vibrant Central London borough, dedicated to nurturing the potential of every pupil. This rewarding opportunity invites an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged children with social, emotional, and mental health needs within a specialist setting. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment, utilising de-escalation techniques and building strong, trusting relationships. We are seeking individuals for a range of contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent roles, offering daily rates between £95 and £120, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Skillfully implement de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
* Cultivate strong, positive relationships with pupils, acting as a mentor and guide.
* Assist in creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment conducive to pupil progress.
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing daily routines.
* Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual development plans.
