This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded school in High Wycombe, seeking a versatile PPA Teacher to provide essential cover across all primary key stages. You will be instrumental in supporting pupil learning and staff development, covering planning, preparation, and assessment time for colleagues. The role offers flexible engagement options, from immediate daily supply needs to potential long-term and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180. We are looking for an adaptable educator eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic primary environment starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Implement the school's curriculum and policies consistently during cover periods.
* Assess pupil learning and provide constructive feedback to support their ongoing development.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance educational outcomes.
* Ensure all safeguarding procedures are meticulously followed to maintain pupil welfare.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within UK primary schools.
* You have a proven ability to teach across multiple primary key stages, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Excellent classroom management skills are second nature to you, ensuring a calm and productive learning atmosphere.
* You are highly adaptable, flexible, and comfortable stepping into different classroom settings with confidence.
* You are a passionate educator, deeply committed to fostering a love for learning in young pupils.
* You communicate clearly and effectively with pupils, staff, and parents alike.
