Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to explore.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, using formative and summative assessments to inform future teaching and interventions.
• Collaborate positively with parents, colleagues, and external professionals to support children's holistic development.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement, behaviour, and attendance in line with school policies.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of EYFS principles and child development stages.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Show a genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to creating engaging learning experiences.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and willing to contribute enthusiastically to the wider school community.
• Hold a strong commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
