About the Role
At a flourishing primary school situated in the vibrant Berkshire area, an exciting opportunity has arisen for dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide invaluable support across various primary year groups, including crucial SEN provision. This role offers exceptional flexibility with options for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts, starting immediately. Successful candidates will receive a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, reflecting their commitment and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the diverse learning needs of pupils, both individually and in small groups, within the primary setting.
* Assist in the implementation of tailored educational plans for students requiring Special Educational Needs (SEN) support.
* Help maintain a stimulating and organised classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to prepare and adapt engaging learning resources and activities.
* Foster positive behaviour and social interactions among pupils, promoting their overall well-being.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to teaching staff.

About You
* Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation in educational support.
* Possess prior experience working within a primary school environment, ideally with an understanding of various age groups.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's development and fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible
