About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a supportive school environment within the South East region. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging lessons across the secondary phase. This long-term, permanent position is available for an immediate start or from September, offering stability and professional growth. Both experienced teachers at MPS/UPS levels and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply for this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities
* Delivering dynamic and effective Maths lessons to diverse secondary school students.
* Planning and preparing engaging schemes of work that cater to various learning styles.
* Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
* Contributing actively to the ongoing development and improvement of the Maths department.
* Maintaining a stimulating and well-organised learning environment within the classroom.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Maths and a commitment to fostering a love for the subject.
* Have a proven ability to inspire and motivate secondary school pupils of all abilities.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, creating a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Show a strong dedication to the academic progress and personal well-being of every student.
* Be either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exceptional start or an experienced professional seeking a new challenge at MPS/UPS.
