Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with PMLD.
* Assist pupils with personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner.
* Implement tailored therapy programmes and educational activities as directed.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation experiences to promote learning.
* Support the development of communication and social skills for all pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Hold a genuine passion for working within a primary SEN educational setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team.
