Key Responsibilities
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities across various subjects to secondary pupils.
• Respond to student queries and provide support to keep learning on track.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
• Report on student engagement and any significant incidents to teaching staff.
• Foster a positive and respectful rapport with students and colleagues.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting student development and learning.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hold strong classroom management abilities and a proactive approach.
