About the Role
A forward-thinking school in the East of England is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join its vibrant secondary team. You will be responsible for delivering a tailored curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs within supportive small group settings. This specialist role requires a passionate educator keen to foster significant progress and create stimulating educational experiences. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available. Successful candidates can expect a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £250, commensurate with experience and qualifications (MPS/UPS).

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an adapted and engaging curriculum specifically designed for pupils with complex learning needs.
* Plan and prepare differentiated lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities and learning styles.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of individual pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support pupil development.
* Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued.
