About the Role
A respected school is actively seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This vital role involves supporting pupils across their primary phase, ensuring every child can thrive. You will collaborate closely with teaching staff to enhance learning experiences for individuals and small groups. The position offers opportunities for both general classroom assistance and specialised SEN support, fostering an inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities
* Support individual and small groups of primary pupils with their academic and social development.
* Assist class teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lesson activities and resources.
* Provide targeted intervention and pastoral care, including for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Maintain a stimulating, safe, and well-organised classroom environment.
* Promote positive behaviour, encourage independence, and ensure the well-being of all pupils.
* Contribute to effective communication with colleagues regarding pupil progress and observations.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development in a primary setting.
* Hold relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally with exposure to Special Educational Needs.
* Demonstrate excellent communication, patience, and rapport-building skills with children and adults.
* Exhibit a proactive approach, showing initiative and adaptability within the classroom.
* Committed to upholding high standards of safeguarding and professional conduct at all times.
* Eager to contribute positively to a dedicated school community and work collaboratively.
