You will be instrumental in shaping foundational skills and experiences, working alongside experienced educators to deliver outstanding early years provision. This position offers competitive remuneration between £95 and £110 per day, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the holistic development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering creative, age-appropriate learning activities.
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to enhance individual pupil progress.
* Contribute actively to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Accurately observe and record pupils' achievements and developmental milestones.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless educational provision.
About You
* You possess demonstrable experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
* A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is essential.
* You are passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering positive learning experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to connect effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are a proactive team player, eager to collaborate and contribute positively to school life.
