About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated MFL - French & Spanish Teacher to join a thriving secondary school. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity, with a start date available for September or sooner. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering a love for languages and culture among pupils, delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic French and Spanish lessons to pupils across key stages.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to language acquisition.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the MFL department's curriculum and resources.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic achievement within the school community.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong academic background in French and Spanish.
* Demonstrate a passion for languages and inspiring young learners.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
* Be enthusiastic about professional development and embracing new teaching methodologies.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced colleagues (MPS/UPS).
